Another tuesday!

Today went to school to D&T, Finally stick here and there and now got shape le!!! Wow when u fix and u get the shape you'll get really realy excited hahas. After so long, FINALLY! But not as nice as expected, well i did my best!

Tomorrow's guitar camp, wow this camp makes me feel sad and disappointed, too much things going on even before the camp. I didnt even know there is a camp until near the end of planning, and guess wad i'm not in the committee, well i guess somone don't want me to be in! hahas but its alright, i've been committee for lots of time in humanities and Ncc camp so well i rather not be in the committee. The sad part is not being in the committee because i don't want to be a committe too, the sad part is that no one even ask me whether i am interested to join the committee. In the end i found out the truth and all hahas! But well, even some of my so called 'friends' didnt even tell me! Really sad. I was like really down for days but thinking why go to a camp with this mood? So i got enlightened and i'm going to this camp with joy and see what they've planned! Hope everything goes smooth! (coz i don't want to be bored)

After so many camps i planned i think i shall share some problems that will happen maybe will happen during these 3 days as i guess they really plan this camp last minute i guess. But i still hope it run really smooth and well coz it will affect the campers too! Here you go!

-Time management
Either some activities went too fast or too slow thus there will either be 1.Not enough time which will cause everyone to rush here and there making the camp messy and the campers piss. Or 2.Too much time ( extra time ) this will create 'leng chang' in chinese, which means campers will free really bored and camp committees will get nervous thinking of what to do to make the campers alive again. Once this happened it's kinda difficult to bring back the really hyper mood that is needed.

-Back up
Activies not planned for wet weather as no want would want bad weathers to come and everyone will pray that it will be sunny the 3days but if wet weather comes it will not only spoil the plan, it will also spoil the mood of the whole camp. The committee will get pissed i bet! As some activies really takes a long time to plan and it could not be carried out. The whole camp will also feel tired due to the rain which makes everyone sleepy!

-MAX but NONE
This often happened, MAX but NONE. The best example is an amazing race or a treasure hunt. There is always too many stations to go to and finish within the period of time given and planned by the committee but its ALWAYS not enough or too much time which will result in FAILURE as committee always do not do a trial run and even if they did, they always forgot to plan some time for wasteage ( station lost, card lost, injuries ). To finished this, a motivated group is needed, but how? This depends on the Team or Group leader and the AIM of this race to the TEAM. They may expect the BEST from everyone but when campers are tired and not motivated, they would not want to continue thus will this will also result in failure.

Well i guess 3 is enough, if need more advice about planning a SMOOTH camp, feel free to come to me! Hahas! FOC!

So i'll be in school for guitar camp from 18-20 June, anything can sms me or go school find me. Away for camp so wont be blogging hahas! Oh well actually i was planning to take photos during the camp but my phone is still servicing! Hahas!
I dun even have camp list :( no one tell me de so sad ritez hahas. But nvm, go so many camp already, should be the same i guess. Reporting time is 6.30AM but i live in BISHAN and my earliest bus is 6am which will reach my house at 6.25am so i'm sure late. Guitarist! SEE YOU GUYS TOMORROW!

Elephant Time

A young man is wandering around the zoo looking at the animals. He suddenly remembers about an appointment that he scheduled. Unfortunately, he forgot his watch. He searches for someone who could give him the time.
He sees a zoo keeper standing next to an elephant. "Excuse me, sir," says the young man "Do you know what time it is?"

The zoo keeper reaches his hand in the elephant's butt and starts digging out things, then stare and lick his own hand for a number of times.

"Mmmmm, it is about 3:00," the zoo keeper responds.

The young man looks at him in awe, "How did you know that?" The zoo keeper looks back at the man, "I looked at the clock on the wall right behind you."
