What had happened to the whole!

Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has gone through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold firmly to the faith we profess. For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are - yet was without sin. Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.

Today is really a depressing day. Firstly in the morning a teacher announced that the Mother Tongue 'O' Levels result will be released at 10pm today. My mind was thinking. What grade am i actually aiming for. So i came out with C6! At least a pass i told myself. Want to know why i aimed so low?

This is my chinese history. I haven write composition for my entire secondary school until this time, the O levels. The very first composition i wrote with the help of the electronic dictionary. Word by word i write it out. ONE composition in 5YEARS! Pretty pleased with myself that i could write something out. I haven been passing my chinese language since P4 until PSLE, i suddenly passed with a C i think. So when i was in secondary 1, i totally given up on chinese. Until now then i realize that i'm a idiot to give it up. Totally regreted. For all those that haven take your 'O' levels, PLEASE WORK HARD.

I want a pass in my cert. So i decided to take on Chinese Language Basic. But my teacher said i could speak and listen and understand. So why not give it a try to take Chinese 'O' levels. No harm so i gave it a try! So this time i put my heart and soul into doing this chinese 0 levels and guess what grade i got. From a F9 since primary school till now i got a D7 for 'O' Levels!

I'm still thinking whether should i be happy or should i be sad & should i take CLB for year end or chinese 'O' levels again. Is it worth the try?

I'm thinking why don't just let me get a E8 or even F9 so I'm move convinced to take CLB and now its a D7 which there is a chance for me to jump all the way to at least touch C6. But what if i fall or stay? Why must i be in between? I'm dam speechless and don't know what more to say.

Today is just not the day to enjoy and play. More of a torture to me. Second thing that made me really dishearten is DPA result. I logged into the website and this is what they replied to me.

In order to pick the most deserving DPA applicants, we have been strict in our selection criteria. We looked through all the DPA applications, considered the various portfolios and write-ups submitted by applicants, and interviewed selected applicants to further assess their talents and interests in the polytechnic courses they applied to. For certain polytechnic courses, we also requested applicants to sit for our aptitude tests.

We have given serious consideration to your DPA application. Unfortunately, we regret to inform you that you have not been selected for placement in one of the polytechnics under the DPA exercise.

Nevertheless, we encourage you to continue pursuing your interest in an applied education at the polytechnics. We have always enjoyed teaching students like yourself who aspire to realise your potential through our polytechnic education. You can apply to our polytechnic courses via the Joint Admission Exercise (JAE) and Joint Polytechnic Special Admission Exercise (JPSAE) conducted after the release of the GCE ‘O’ Level results. More information on these admission exercises can be found on the polytechnics' websites.
