Today is my first IPPT Test, well failed my CAT test on my first week of SCS due to 7pull up which requires 8 to achieve Sliver and only jumped 226cm for SBJ. Very borderline pass but 1 pull up to sliver.

This simple test made me stay back every Saturday for corrective training from week 1 all the way to now!!! 1month! Really hate Saturday training. Went to got a pull up bar and mount it at home, pulling very now and then. Motivated for the next IPPT. And here it comes... TODAY!

Obtained a amazing results!
Aiming for Silver but I'm almost got a gold. Just 16seconds!!!

SBJ: 240 (234)
Shutter run: 9.2 (9.9)
2.4km: 10.06 (9.44)

Brackets are the requirements to get gold! I nearly achieve GOLD haha!

Amazing day man! Amazing day! Tomorrow is firing and I'm back home with a Silver and $100 from SAF!
